FININSOLUTION CSC & Education ("we", "our", "us") runs this website and the service centre at MAIN BUS STAND, KHANDEWLA, GURGAON, HARYANA, 122504. We provide computer education, insurance assistance, CSC / government services and online document tools.

We only collect what we need to deliver the service you asked for:

• Student registration details — name, father's name, education details, course and timing, plus the photo and signature you upload.
• CSC / government service applications — your name, contact details, and the documents you upload for the service you applied for.
• Payment details — the name, phone number, email, service name, amount and remark you enter, and the payment status returned by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
• ID Cutter tools — documents and photos you process are handled inside your own browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers unless you choose to upload a document for a paid service.
• Contact enquiries — the name, phone number and message you send us.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and device/browser type, collected through analytics (see section 6).

We use your information only to deliver the service you requested, contact you about your application or registration, process fee payments and issue receipts, maintain student records and course access, and comply with government or CSC-related requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the payment gateway that processes your fee, the government / CSC systems involved in the service you applied for, and authorities where the law requires it.

All online payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway. When you pay, the gateway handles your UPI / card details directly — we receive only your name, phone, email, the service name, the amount and the payment status, which we use to generate your receipt.

If a payment fails, you are shown a failure message and may try again or contact us for help.

Documents you upload for registration or a CSC service (photos, signatures, ID proofs, forms) are stored securely in our cloud storage. Only authorised centre staff (admin) can view them, and they are used only for processing your application.

Download links to notice-board forms are temporary and expire automatically for your safety.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors use, so we can improve the site. It collects anonymous usage data such as page views and general device information.

We may display Google AdSense advertising, which can use cookies to show relevant ads. You can manage or disable ad personalisation through your Google Ads Settings, and clear or block cookies any time in your browser settings.

We also keep your login session in your browser so student and tool accounts stay signed in.

• Ask us what information we hold about you and request a correction.
• Request deletion of your documents or enquiry after your service is complete, subject to any record-keeping rules that apply to CSC work.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
• Ask us to stop using your data, and we will explain what law or requirement (if any) prevents it.

Access to student records and applications is limited to authorised admin accounts protected by passwords. Connections to this website and our payment gateway are encrypted.

No online system can promise perfect security, so please do not send passwords or highly sensitive details through free WhatsApp or contact forms unless we ask for them for a specific service.

Our courses may be taken by school and college students. Registrations for younger students are expected to be made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children beyond what is needed for enrolment.
